Gemstone Lights Warranty

Gemstone Lights provides a lifetime warranty for the lights. Lifetime warranty on the lights is defined by the manufacturer’s testing which resulted in an estimated lifespan of 50,000 hours. When used 7 hours per day this equates to 20 years. The validity of the warranty on lights will not be affected by how long the lights are actually used.

Gemstone Lights provides a 10-year warranty for all products and parts.

The warranty can be transferred once to a new homeowner within the 10-year warranty period, giving them the remaining coverage, up to a maximum of 2 years, if the transfer is completed within 90 days of home possession.

Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of installation for it to be valid, and the warranty does not cover items used outside their intended purpose.
